Kristy Gephart
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Dexcom
Kristy has worked in the medical device industry in a variety of roles in Operations and Talent Acquisition for over 18 years. Kristy has been with Dexcom for almost four years. Her knowledge includes:
- Managing the Dexcom Talent Acquisition team supporting the North America Operations group, the External Workforce Program, and Talent Operations
- Prior work experience at Merz Pharmaceuticals and CR Bard (now Becton Dickenson)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Masters Degree in Public Administration

Jill joined Allegis Global Solutions as an Operations team member in 2015 supporting our DOE clientele (Los Alamos National Labs). In 2020 in partnership with Kristy Gephart, Jill launched a second-generation MSP client, Dexcom. Her expertise includes:
- 3 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry, and previously served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force supporting operational readiness
